Abstract: | This document provides a comprehensive review and analysis of the residential time-of-use pilot project conducted by AmerenUE in collaboration with the Missouri Collaborative. The Missouri Collaborative consists of the Office of Public Counsel, the Missouri Public Service Commission, the Department of Natural Resources and teo industrial intervener groups. The report provides information about the project design in terms of sample size and selection, enabling technologies and TOU/CPP rates. Project analyses, including CPP event day analysis, TOU energy analysis and payback analysis, are also discussed.
