PHI Smart Grid Workforce Training Project - This DOE sponsored program is designed to ensure a well-trained and highly skilled workforce with the requisite knowledge, expertise, and capabilities to a) implement, operate, and enhance the Smart Grid; and b) provide sound energy advice to customers. 700 new and existing employees will receive training in order to fill new roles and enhance existing ones.
