Integrated Education and Research in Clean Energy and Island Sustainability - This DOE sponsored program is designed to develop a new cross-disciplinary program that will include Responsive and Dynamic (RAD) training coupled with foundational research-based curricula in the areas of clean energy technologies, renewable energy production, storage, integration and smart grid technologies. The program will enable formal and tailored training techniques (rotational and short courses) to provide outreach to communities and provide technology transfer opportunities.
