Program Description:
National Grid Northeast Regional Smart Grid Training Program - This DOE sponsored program is designed to develop and deliver materials needed to train the National Grid utility workforce in smart grid technology deployment and operations and broadly disseminate best practices and lessons learned to community colleges, universities, and energy industry associations. Advanced training in smart grid technologies will be provided to between 2,600 and 4,900 utility workers.
