Program Description:

Workforce Development for the Electric Power Sector to Advance Clean Energy - This DOE sponsored program is designed to equip a job-ready Gulf region workforce to implement and maintain a clean-energy and "intelligent" electric system. Over 360 students and incumbent workers, 100 post secondary and STEM secondary educators, and 400 secondary students will engage in training, education, and career awareness activities.
