Keystone Smart Grid Fellowship Program - This DOE sponsored program is designed to establish a network of graduate Smart Grid "Fellows" who will educate the skilled workforce charged with building the intelligent grid system. The project will "train the trainers" by recruiting professors currently teaching at community colleges, high school teachers from the Mid-Atlantic and western Great Lakes regions, and engineers in the workforce who are interested in modifying their career path to one focused on being future trainers of electric power sector workers.
