Rhode Island Electrical Power Technician Program - This DOE sponsored program is designed to develop and implement a new Energy Utility Technology (EUT) Certificate that will be articulated with a redesigned Engineering Systems Technology (EST) Associate Degree to provide a qualified entry level workforce in the greening of the electrical power sector.
