Create the Day Ahead (DA) Settlement File for the Day Ahead Model using the Network Model Management System (NMMS) software and the Day Ahead Model for a specified date. The output is a CSV file. The DA Settlement File will be packaged with the corresponding Day Ahead Model and distributed to the Market Management System (MMS) system.
