This paper identifies opportunities for identifying and sharing best practices and lessons learned, leading to a more efficient and effective Smart Grid transition that will benefit all stakeholders. The ideas presented are not offered as a prescription but rather as a vehicle to raise the level of debate and to encourage the various stakeholders to consider those that fit their unique situations. Possible solutions for some of the challenges faced during the development and implementation of these performance feedback concepts are also discussed.
