Create the Settlement File for the Congestion Revenue Rights System (CRR) Model using the Network Model Management System (NMMS) software and the CRR Model for a specified date. The output is a CSV file. The CRR Settlement File will be packaged with the corresponding CRR Model for the specified date and distributed to the CRR system.
