Project Summary:
Wabash Valley Power -- a generation and transmission cooperative -- serves for the wholesale power supply needs of electric distribution cooperatives in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri and Ohio. Wabash Valley Power provides electricity to approximately 800,000 residential and business customers. WVPA has selected Siemens Energy and eMeter to implement eMeter’s EnergyIP™ software platform and meter data management application to enable a single system capable of providing meter-to-cash and demand response across multiple customer information (CIS) and advanced metering (AMI) systems. The project started in 2010.
