This set of slides was presented at the CNLS Smart Grid Seminar Series at Los Alamos National Lab on March 2, 2010. Everyday at noon, the french transport system operator has to forecast the next 36 hours of the french electricity consumption for the electricity balance. This set of slides presents the motivation of the work and the solution proposed using IBR (iterative bias correction) R package.
