Abstract: | This report is a narrative of the deliberations, assumptions, conclusions and recommendations of the Pecan Street Project team. It is by no means a comprehensive day-to-day reporting of every idea, every discussion or every topic covered in the last year. Rather, we hope it is viewed as a strong articulation of the Pecan Street Project’s objectives, rationale and shared opinion about the steps Central Texas should take to lead in the creation of a strong renewable energy economy and to protect itself against the inevitable changes in the energy market.
