This document is the Report of the Commission's Competitive Metering Roundtable Working Group. This Report reflects the considerable efforts of the Working Group participants, who have met regularly since its first meeting on September 22, 2000. The deliberations of the Working Group endeavored to examine and evaluate the prospects for implementing competitive metering.
