Abstract:

This is a summary report of the two-day workshop introduced by Commissioner Arthur Rosenfeld (California Energy Commission) and Julie Fitch, Advisor to Commissioner Peevey (California Public Utilities Commission). Developed as a joint effort between the CEC, CPUC, and California Power Authority (CPA), the workshops were intended as an opportunity to update all participants in the Rulemaking proceeding on current nationwide pricing, demand response, and technology activities.
