Abstract:

This document is a response to a specific DOE requirement associated with the DOE’s contract award to the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) for a Smart Grid Demonstration Project. The NRECA demonstration comprises a short Phase I that establishes project plans and approaches, and a multiyear Phase II that acquires, develops, integrates, deploys, and monitors smart grid technology.
