In this paper, we construct a framework of the management and operation mechanism of renewable energy orderly combined to the grid, considering renewable energy's future development trend and smart grid's future development needs in China. On this basis, propose the key technical problems of renewable energy orderly combined to the grid, including power prediction, system safety analysis, large-scale energy storage technology. Put forward corresponding solution for management and technical needs, and combined with smart grid's future development trend propose technical support system to describe the system function needs.
