This whitepaper assesses Ontario’s Regulated Price Plan (RPP), featuring time-of-use (TOU) pricing. By providing customers with more accurate price signals, TOU pricing can lead to lower electricity bills, more efficient utilization of the region’s energy resources, and a more stable and reliable grid.
