This document presents a consequence modeling tool (CMT) that provides, for asset owners, the cost (in dollars and consequences) with an electric power disruption. CMT helps in reducing critical infrastructure risk, which is made up of threat, vulnerability, and consequence. It is also helpful in development and integration of protective measures, intrusion detection and response strategy implementation, identification of strategic risks, etc.
