Create the Market Management System (MMS) Day Ahead Model using the Network Model Management System (NMMS) software and the selected Network Operations Model Change Request (NOMCRs) as required. The output is a CIM/XML file that is generated per the CPSM specification plus the ERCOT CIM extensions. The Contingency file and the Settlement file should also be packaged and sent with this model.
